During the Exchange

  • You will be able to have lunch in the University Canteen, from 12 to 14, at a special price for students. To acquire this benefit, you need to ask for a fortnightly voucher in the Canteen Offices (previously arranged by the Mobility Unit). The University Canteen is located at the University Campus.

  • Contact the representatives of International Relations from each the Academic Units. The contact information of each of them will be provided to you via e-mail and you will meet them at the Orientation Meeting.

  • Register for classes in the Faculty corresponding to your career. The registration proceedings are usually carried out at the Students Registration Office.

  • Remember that you have two weeks to decide which classes you want to take.

  • Apply for a visa as a student. It is necessary to have a visa to be able to extend your academic certificate at the end of you residency. The visa also provides you with legal security n Argentina.

Academic Counseling Service

The University offers a number of services and projects to assist students in their training socially and academically (tutors, councilors, administrative proceedings, etc). They ensure that each student has the necessary assurance and support to achieve their academic and professional objectives.

The academic activities will take place in the University’s different Faculties or Institutions, where each professor will provide the courses’ curriculum (theoretical contents, the schedule, mid-term exams and final exams). Remember to contact the professor and inform him/her about your situation.
The University offers a Pedagogical Consultancy to guide you through your stay at the UNRC. You can ask for a meeting via e-mail: posgraduacion@rec.unrc.edu.ar - mailto:asesorapedagogica@uncu.edu.ar

Important

The UNRC’s teachers have class hours and office hours. You can consult the dates and timetables at the teacher’s office in each of the Faculties.

At the end of the Exchange

We inform you that the grade certificates cannot be automatically issued at the end of the exchange due to administrative procedures.
For that reason, the University will deliver the certificates via e-mail and then through mail at the end of the exchange, approximately two months after the end of the residency.
